Dubnica nad V\u00e1hom &#8211; Historie a v\u00fdvoj raketov\u00fdch motork\u016f"},"content":{"rendered":"[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<strong>Historie a v\u00fdvoj raketov\u00fdch motork\u016f v Dubnici nad V\u00e1hom<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdvoj raketov\u00fdch motork\u016f (RM) v b\u00fdval\u00e9m \u010ceskoslovensku byl zah\u00e1jen v roce 1966, a to na z\u00e1klad\u011b rostouc\u00ed popt\u00e1vky po bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch a v\u00fdkonn\u00fdch motorech pro raketov\u00e9 model\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed. K impulzu v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159isp\u011bla sout\u011b\u017e Dubnick\u00fd M\u00e1j, kter\u00e9 se poprv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastnili i sout\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed ze Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f americk\u00fdch se sv\u00fdmi motorky zna\u010dky Estes. Tato ud\u00e1lost se stala impulsem pro dom\u00e1c\u00ed v\u00fdvoj.<\/p>\n<p>Na v\u00fdvoji raketov\u00fdch motork\u016f v ZVS Dubnica nad V\u00e1hom se pod\u00edleli v\u00fdznamn\u00ed odborn\u00edci, mezi nimi zejm\u00e9na Ing. Pavol \u0160olt\u00eds, Ondrej Ziman, Alad\u00e1r P\u00e1len\u00edk, Ing. Vachuda a Otakar \u0160affek, kter\u00fd je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za zakladatele raketov\u00e9ho model\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed v r\u00e1mci Svazarmu.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e9riov\u00e1 v\u00fdroba byla zah\u00e1jena v roce 1967 v podniku Adast Dubnica nad V\u00e1hom. Pap\u00edrov\u00e9 dutinky pro v\u00fdrobu motork\u016f p\u016fvodn\u011b poch\u00e1zely z Blanick\u00fdch stroj\u00edren ve Vla\u0161imi (S\/B Sellier &amp;amp; Bellot), kde byl tehdy \u0159editelem Ing. Milo\u0161 Nedv\u011bd. Jako palivo se pou\u017e\u00edval \u010dern\u00fd prach s ozna\u010den\u00edm PDF, kter\u00fd dod\u00e1vala Synthesia Semt\u00edn v Pardubic\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>Na po\u010d\u00e1tku 70. let minul\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed dosahovala v\u00fdroba raketov\u00fdch motork\u016f v Dubnici nad V\u00e1hom \u00factyhodn\u00fdch 200 000 kus\u016f ro\u010dn\u011b. Ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed \u0161lo z\u00e1rove\u0148 o jedin\u00e9 raketov\u00e9 motory v Evrop\u011b vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 tov\u00e1rn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem. Kvalita t\u011bchto motork\u016f byla srovnateln\u00e1 s produkc\u00ed americk\u00fdch v\u00fdrobc\u016f, zejm\u00e9na firmy Estes. Origin\u00e1ln\u00ed konstrukce spalovac\u00ed komory zaji\u0161\u0165ovala dlouhodobou funk\u010dnost motor\u016f p\u0159i skladov\u00e1n\u00ed ve vhodn\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdroba raketov\u00fdch motork\u016f v z\u00e1vod\u011b Dubnica nad V\u00e1hom byla ukon\u010dena v roce 1992.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Za\u010d\u00e1tky raketov\u00e9ho model\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a cesta k civiln\u00ed pyrotechnice v \u010ceskoslovensku<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V roce 1962 byl v Praze zalo\u017een \u201eKlub raketov\u00fdch model\u00e1\u0159\u016f Svazarmu\u201c, kter\u00fd se stal z\u00e1sadn\u00edm miln\u00edkem pro rozvoj raketov\u00e9ho model\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed v b\u00fdval\u00e9m \u010ceskoslovensku. Tento fascinuj\u00edc\u00ed sport, spojuj\u00edc\u00ed technickou tvo\u0159ivost s dobrodru\u017estv\u00edm, nab\u00edzel nejen smyslupln\u00e9 tr\u00e1ven\u00ed voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu ml\u00e1de\u017ee, ale tak\u00e9 p\u0159edstavoval jednu z m\u00e1la leg\u00e1ln\u00edch cest, jak se v tehdej\u0161\u00ed \u010cSSR dostat ke speci\u00e1ln\u00ed civiln\u00ed pyrotechnice. V obdob\u00ed, kdy byla v\u00fdroba klasick\u00e9 z\u00e1bavn\u00ed pyrotechniky z politick\u00fdch a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edch d\u016fvod\u016f prakticky neexistuj\u00edc\u00ed, tvo\u0159ily raketov\u00e9 model\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a obliba v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edch prskavek \u010di kapsl\u00ed v\u00fdjimku na trhu s pyrotechnikou.<\/p>\n<p>Model\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed zde bylo na sam\u00e9m po\u010d\u00e1tku a z\u00e1kladn\u00edm probl\u00e9mem byl tehdy z\u00e1sadn\u00ed nedostatek vhodn\u00fdch raketov\u00fdch motor\u016f. Jejich v\u00fdvoj zapo\u010dal v pardubick\u00e9m podniku Synthesia Semt\u00edn, kde pod veden\u00edm Ing. Franti\u0161ka Rumlera vznikaly prvn\u00ed motorky ur\u010den\u00e9 speci\u00e1ln\u011b pro modelov\u00e9 rakety. Tyto motory, p\u016fvodn\u011b o pr\u016fm\u011bru 22 mm, m\u011bly pl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 z kartitu a jako tuh\u00e9 pohonn\u00e9 hmoty (TPH) vyu\u017e\u00edvaly \u010dern\u00fd st\u0159eln\u00fd prach.<\/p>\n<p>Pro modely letadel s pohonem n\u00edzkotlak\u00fdm raketov\u00fdm motorem se za\u010dal vyr\u00e1b\u011bt popul\u00e1rn\u00ed motorek \u201eSynjet S2\u201c, kter\u00fd se stal vzorem pro dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj. Motorek \u201eSynjet S2\u201c byl p\u0159\u00edmou inspirac\u00ed americk\u00fdm vzorem \u2013 legend\u00e1rn\u00edm motorkem Jetex, jen\u017e byl poprv\u00e9 uveden na trh v roce 1947 spole\u010dnost\u00ed Wilmot, Mansour &amp;amp; Company ve Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nii a n\u00e1sledn\u011b d\u00e1le rozv\u00edjen i v USA. Jetex se stal po druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lce pr\u016fkopn\u00edkem v oblasti pohonu modelov\u00fdch letadel a jeho principy byly kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 i pro \u010deskoslovensk\u00fd v\u00fdvoj.<\/p>\n<p>Tablety TPH vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 v Semt\u00edn\u011b svou konstrukc\u00ed a slo\u017een\u00edm odpov\u00eddaly tehdej\u0161\u00edm sv\u011btov\u00fdm trend\u016fm. Umo\u017enily nejen roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed raketov\u00e9ho model\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed mezi \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed ve\u0159ejnost, ale tak\u00e9 polo\u017eily z\u00e1klady pro dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum a v\u00fdrobu mal\u00fdch raketov\u00fdch motor\u016f v \u010ceskoslovensku. Tento pokrok otev\u0159el dve\u0159e i dal\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fdvoji, kter\u00fd v budoucnu p\u0159ivedl na sc\u00e9nu v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho v\u00fdrobce \u2013 ZVS Dubnica nad V\u00e1hom.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6206\" src=\"https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/jetex50-226x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"226\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/jetex50-226x300.jpg 226w, https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/jetex50.jpg 324w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 226px) 100vw, 226px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Motorek Synjet S2 se vyzna\u010doval jednoduchou, ale \u00fa\u010delnou konstrukc\u00ed. Skl\u00e1dal se z hlin\u00edkov\u00e9 spalovac\u00ed komory, ocelov\u00e9ho tryskov\u00e9ho dna, n\u011bkolika t\u011bsnic\u00edch prvk\u016f a ocelov\u00e9 spony, kter\u00e1 dr\u017eela cel\u00fd motor pohromad\u011b a z\u00e1rove\u0148 fungovala jako tlakov\u00e1 pojistka proti roztr\u017een\u00ed komory p\u0159i provozu. P\u0159ed startem se do spalovac\u00ed komory vlo\u017eila tableta tuh\u00e9 pohonn\u00e9 hmoty (TPH) a z\u00e1palnice. Sestaven\u00fd motor byl n\u00e1sledn\u011b upevn\u011bn do dr\u017e\u00e1ku v modelu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e z\u00e1palnice \u010dn\u011bla ven skrz trysku.<\/p>\n<p>Start prob\u00edhal tak, \u017ee po zap\u00e1len\u00ed z\u00e1palnice a rozho\u0159en\u00ed TPH byl model vypu\u0161t\u011bn \u2013 obvykle klasick\u00fdm hodem rukou. Po sp\u00e1len\u00ed cel\u00e9 pohonn\u00e9 n\u00e1pln\u011b pokra\u010doval model v letu jako kluz\u00e1k. V\u00fdhodou tohoto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed byla opakovan\u00e1 pou\u017eitelnost samotn\u00e9ho motoru \u2013 sta\u010dilo vym\u011bnit tabletu TPH a z\u00e1palnici.<\/p>\n<p>Po\u010d\u00e1tkem 70. let byla v\u0161ak v\u00fdroba motor\u016f \u0159ady \u201eS\u201c v Semt\u00edn\u011b ukon\u010dena. V t\u00e9to dob\u011b se na poli v\u00fdroby raketov\u00fdch motor\u016f za\u010dali prosazovat i dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobci. Mezi nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pat\u0159il z\u00e1vod v\u0161eobecn\u00e9ho stroj\u00e1rstva, n\u00e1rodn\u00ed podnik ZVS v Dubnici nad V\u00e1hom. Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde spat\u0159ily sv\u011btlo sv\u011bta prvn\u00ed motory s n\u00e1zvem \u201eAdast\u201c, kter\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaly jako pohonnou l\u00e1tku lisovan\u00fd \u010dern\u00fd prach. Tato etapa znamenala z\u00e1sadn\u00ed krok v dostupnosti raketov\u00fdch motor\u016f pro model\u00e1\u0159skou ve\u0159ejnost nejen v \u010ceskoslovensku, ale i v dal\u0161\u00edch zem\u00edch v\u00fdchodn\u00edho bloku.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6151\" src=\"https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RM-ASTRA-R20-80-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RM-ASTRA-R20-80-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/RM-ASTRA-R20-80.jpg 480w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>V roce 1966 byla v z\u00e1vod\u011b ZVS Dubnica nad V\u00e1hom ukon\u010dena v\u00fdroba raketov\u00fdch motor\u016f Adast o pr\u016fm\u011bru 22 mm a pozornost se p\u0159esunula k nov\u011bj\u0161\u00edm motor\u016fm o pr\u016fm\u011bru 18 mm s pap\u00edrov\u00fdm pl\u00e1\u0161t\u011bm. Tento p\u0159echod znamenal nejen modernizaci technologie, ale tak\u00e9 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost a dostupnost pro \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu model\u00e1\u0159\u016f. Postupem let se zde vyvinulo a vyr\u00e1b\u011blo mnoho r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f motor\u016f pro model\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 rakety, jak dokl\u00e1daj\u00ed i fotografie v galerii n\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>S n\u00e1stupem 90. let a rozpadem socialistick\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed do\u0161lo v Dubnici nad V\u00e1hom k z\u00e1sadn\u00ed zm\u011bn\u011b v\u00fdrobn\u00edho programu. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 okam\u017eit\u011b po revoluci zde zapo\u010dala produkce z\u00e1bavn\u00ed pyrotechniky ur\u010den\u00e9 pro civiln\u00ed trh. Mezi v\u016fbec prvn\u00ed v\u00fdrobky z tohoto obdob\u00ed pat\u0159ila petarda nesouc\u00ed n\u00e1zev &#8222;Maska&#8220;. N\u00e1zev vznikl jako origin\u00e1ln\u00ed slo\u017eenina p\u0159\u00edjmen\u00ed dvou hlavn\u00edch v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159\u016f \u2013 Ing. Mas\u00e1ra a Ing. Kan\u00f3cze \u2013 kte\u0159\u00ed st\u00e1li u zrodu porevolu\u010dn\u00ed pyrotechnick\u00e9 v\u00fdroby v Dubnici. Tento inovativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup a rychl\u00e1 adaptace na nov\u00e9 tr\u017en\u00ed podm\u00ednky polo\u017eily z\u00e1klady dlouholet\u00e9 tradice v\u00fdroby z\u00e1bavn\u00ed pyrotechniky v tomto regionu.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6194\" src=\"https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/detail-petarda-zvs-300x124.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"124\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/detail-petarda-zvs-300x124.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/detail-petarda-zvs-rotated.jpg 604w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Petarda \u201eMaska\u201c byla zhotovena z tvrd\u00e9ho kartonov\u00e9ho pap\u00edru. Jej\u00ed konstrukce byla jednoduch\u00e1, ale \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1: vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br dutinky \u010dinil 8 mm, vnit\u0159n\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br 6 mm a d\u00e9lka dutinky byla 5 cm. Jako n\u00e1pl\u0148 byla pou\u017eita z\u00e1bleskov\u00e1 slo\u017e slo\u017een\u00e1 z chloristanu draseln\u00e9ho (KClO4) a hlin\u00edku (Al), kter\u00e1 zaji\u0161\u0165ovala siln\u00fd zvukov\u00fd i sv\u011bteln\u00fd efekt.<\/p>\n<p>Spodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st petardy byla uzav\u0159ena pevnou pap\u00edrovou z\u00e1tkou. Vrchn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st byla opat\u0159ena \u010dernou \u017eenijn\u00ed z\u00e1palnic\u00ed typu Bickford, kter\u00e1 slou\u017eila k bezpe\u010dn\u00e9mu a spolehliv\u00e9mu odp\u00e1len\u00ed. Z\u00e1palnice byla pro lep\u0161\u00ed iniciaci \u010dasto se\u0159\u00edznuta pod ur\u010dit\u00fdm \u00fahlem, aby byl zaji\u0161t\u011bn snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1\u017eeh. Pro je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed spolehlivost se na jej\u00ed konec p\u0159ikl\u00e1dala hlavi\u010dka z\u00e1palky, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159ed samotn\u00fdm odp\u00e1len\u00edm \u0161krtla o krabi\u010dku z\u00e1palek.<\/p>\n<p>Jeliko\u017e se jednalo o v\u00fdrobek z\u00e1bavn\u00ed pyrotechniky, byl vr\u0161ek z\u00e1palnice opat\u0159en tzv. n\u00e1palem \u0161krtac\u00ed sm\u011bsi. Tento povrch umo\u017e\u0148oval zap\u00e1len\u00ed petardy pouh\u00fdm \u0161krtnut\u00edm, co\u017e v\u00fdrazn\u011b zjednodu\u0161ilo pou\u017eit\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161ilo komfort u\u017eivatel\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrobky ZVS Dubnica nad V\u00e1hom pat\u0159ily tak\u00e9 oh\u0148ostrojn\u00e9 rakety r\u016fzn\u00fdch barev, kter\u00e9 roz\u0161i\u0159ovaly nab\u00eddku pyrotechniky pro ve\u0159ejnost a postupn\u011b si z\u00edskaly zna\u010dnou oblibu nejen v \u010ceskoslovensku, ale i v zahrani\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-6198\" src=\"https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/raketa-zvs-detail-300x134.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"134\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/raketa-zvs-detail-300x134.jpg 300w, https:\/\/hicp.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/raketa-zvs-detail.jpg 567w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Oh\u0148ostrojn\u00e9 raketky vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00e9 v ZVS Dubnica nad V\u00e1hom pracovaly na principu model\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch raketov\u00fdch motork\u016f, kter\u00e9 byly vsunuty do pap\u00edrov\u00e9 trubky. Rakety nab\u00edzely r\u016fzn\u00e9 barevn\u00e9 efekty, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e efektn\u00ed slo\u017ee byly lisov\u00e1ny ve form\u011b tablet. Horn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st rakety byla zakon\u010dena zalepenou polystyr\u00e9novou \u0161pi\u010dkou, kter\u00e1 chr\u00e1nila efektovou slo\u017e a z\u00e1rove\u0148 zaji\u0161\u0165ovala lep\u0161\u00ed aerodynamiku p\u0159i letu. Stabilitu letu zaji\u0161\u0165oval klasick\u00fd d\u0159ev\u011bn\u00fd stabiliz\u00e1tor.<\/p>\n<p>K odp\u00e1len\u00ed raket se pou\u017e\u00edvala tzv. model\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 plasticifikovan\u00e1 z\u00e1palnice, kter\u00e1 byla rovn\u011b\u017e vyr\u00e1b\u011bna v ZVS Dubnica pod veden\u00edm odborn\u00edk\u016f jako byli Ing. Jel\u00ednek, Ing. Sta\u0161ko, Ing. Nem\u010dek a pan P\u0159ist\u00e1t.
